Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for direct-hire placement in St. Paul, MN!

Our client is a well-established company that specializes in small and medium tanks to large complex structures throughout the U.S. Projects include carbon and stainless-steel API / AWWA storage tanks, elevated silos and bins, floating roof tanks, double wall tanks, and large shop built tanks.

Duties :

• Lead the planning and execution of industrial metal tank construction projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring the project remains within financial constraints.
• Monitor expenditures and recommend corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on budget.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope, budget, or timeline.
