Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Machinist I to join our machine shop team, with a primary focus on operating manual machines such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses. This is an entry-level machinist position, ideal for individuals who have a strong mechanical aptitude and a foundational understanding of machining practices. The Machinist I will assist in producing precision parts by following blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications using manual machining methods. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up and operate a variety of manual machine tools including vertical mills, engine lathes, surface grinders, and drill presses to produce metal parts and components.
2nd Shift from 2 : 15 pm to 12 : 45 am. \n
