About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac surgery required.

Experience in hepatobiliary, robotic, spine, and ophthalmology services preferred.

License :

Current Registered Nurse Licensure in California

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred

Must-Have :

Scrub and circulate experience

Previous charge experience

Description :

Provides direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families.

Utilizes the nursing process of comprehensive patient assessment.

Develops and implements nursing care plans and patient education.

Conducts ongoing evaluation of patient care.

Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area.

Develops, implements, and coordinates an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care.

Incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Communicates effectively and timely to ensure optimal care delivery.

Handles various surgical procedures including but not limited to cardiac, hepatobiliary, and robotic surgeries.

Participates in patient safety initiatives and adheres to infection control protocols.

Acts as a liaison among interdisciplinary team members.

Demonstrates proficiency in operating room protocols and equipment.

Engages in continuous professional development and education.
