Job Summary : The Asphalt Foreman / Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing asphalt paving projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with project managers, supervising crew members, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards in all paving operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Plan, coordinate, and manage asphalt paving projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Crew Supervision : Lead and supervise a team of workers, ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
• Safety Compliance : Conduct daily job hazard analyses, weekly safety toolbox talks, and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Quality Control : Maintain high standards of workmanship, complete quality control checklists, and ensure projects meet specifications.
• Resource Management : Order materials, manage equipment, and ensure proper use and maintenance of all tools and machinery.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit daily time sheets, equipment reports, and incident reports as needed.
• Customer Satisfaction : Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
