Digital Marketing Supervisor

Job Purpose :

Responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in development and execution of digital campaigns and content that promote Sycuan Casino Resort’s gaming, hotel, dining and entertainment offerings. This role manages day-to-day digital content, email marketing, and paid media trafficking ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Execute and schedule digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid channels under guidance of Digital Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Digital Marketing Content Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, Hotel, Casino Operations etc.) to gather campaign assets and promotional details.
• Supports website updates and ensures accuracy of promotions, event listings, and booking links.
• Supports Digital Marketing Manager in preparing performance summaries, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Responsible for ensuring promotions, offers, awards, and newsletter are all distributed according to digital marketing plan and content calendar
• Provides effective leadership by routinely meeting with direct reports, fostering open communication and cooperation between team members, encouraging professional training and development, and providing coaching / guidance and feedback on performance. Responsible for hiring qualified team members
