Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a contract position lasting the entire school year. This role focuses on providing tailored instructional support to students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Adapt general education lessons and materials to meet the needs of students
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress
• Monitor and document student performance and behavior
• Participate in meetings, assessments, and professional development related to special education
