Job Summary

Knowledge : Techniques for guiding, motivating and supervising students; knowledge of show / production industry standards; advanced level knowledge of specific role(s) on the show / production.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling : coordinate show / production scheduling with the Director of Show or Technical Director; assist with creating a timeline of task completion; work independently as needed.
• Fiscal : coordinate and obtain approval for expenses with the Director of Show or Technical Director; ensure expenditures are reimbursed through Associated Student Body accounts.
• Meetings & Rules : attend production meetings; maintain working knowledge of CVCHS rules and the code of conduct for technicians / actors.
• Communication : respond to emails and phone communications in a timely and professional fashion (within 24-48 hours).
