Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for reporting tax information, monthly general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable cash receipts, and accounts payable entry. Works to collect information from other departments. Assists in building reports for other departments. Provides assistance and training to other staff members. Works closely with other departments on compliance tracking. Provide required reports to Controller. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Various tax reporting (Payroll, sales / use, 1099's, etc.)
• Entering accounts payable invoices for various departments.
• Depositing and posting accounts receivable cash receipts.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Creating reports for other departments.
• Proactively working with project teams on compliance items
• Preparation of various schedules and reconciliations
• Collecting and analyzing business data.
• Other duties as assigned.
