Unlike traditional hospitality environments, The Lone Rock Foundation Retreat is not open 365 days a year. We only host groups up to 60 people and we only flip rooms 2-3 times of week due to our minimum two-night stay. POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Maintenance Technician is an entry-level role. This position combines routine preventative maintenance and facilities general clean programs. The position will also have opportunities to learn the fundamentals of building systems, tools, and preventive maintenance. This role plays a critical part in elevating guest experience while growing trade skills under the mentorship of more experienced technicians.
