Location; Newport Beach, CA (4 days onsite per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to support our client's Enterprise Technology Finance team. This role will lead the delivery of small to medium-sized Finance IT initiatives and ensure stability in day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Technology, and external service providers to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery across geographies, and enable data-driven financial decision-making. Your leadership will be key in driving execution while aligning with the company's Finance Technology roadmap.

• Project Leadership and Execution

Manage BAU and small to medium Finance IT projects from initiation through deployment.

Create and maintain core PM deliverables including WBS, sprint plans, and status reports.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Provide regular updates through KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
