A company is looking for a Parts Technical Support Agent to provide technical expertise related to parts within a customer solutions center.
Key Responsibilities
Process requests via phone and online submissions, documenting them in an internal incident management system
Research issues and find solutions to reduce machine downtime for dealers
Troubleshoot issues and deliver complete resolutions while coordinating with various teams
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Agriculture, Construction, or mechanical / technical sciences with three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum one year experience with Windows-based computer systems
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
