Strong healthcare industry understanding. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Independent reasoning and decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics. Manage hiring workflows and client accounts. Develop targeted recruitment plans. Source candidates through databases and online platforms. Conduct candidate processing and maintain communication. Track recruitment metrics and enhance processes. Weekly phone screens, submissions, and placements. Candidate outreach and network expansion.
