Summary :

The Bartender Assistant / Bar Back is responsible for setting up the prep station stocking inventory and maintaining sanitation standards.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Servicing bar areas to ensure ready access to supplies including spirits garnishes mixes and cleaning equipment
• Providing quick friendly service to guests and team members in a speedy efficient friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal state and local laws ordinances and regulations and hotel policy regarding alcohol service
• Ability to obtain a liquor license and food handler permit within the first thirty (30) days of hire
• Sort wash and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
• Expedite clean dishes and utensils to areas as needed
• Remove trash during and at the end of the shift
