What You’ll Do
Diagnose problems / failures in HVAC, refrigeration, and food service systems, ensuring accurate repairs with no callbacksPerform maintenance, service, and repairs on units 15 tons+Manage larger preventative maintenance contracts (5+ units)Repair or replace defective parts, components, and controls in HVAC systemsService and troubleshoot mini-splits; replace smaller RTUs and mini-splits (≤15 tons)Communicate effectively with Dispatch to manage job completionsMaintain preventative maintenance schedules and customer recordsDeliver excellent customer service at every interactionWhat We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable recordActive EPA Certification5+ years’ experience in a commercial HVAC settingOSHA 10 Certification required; manufacturer certifications preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as neededA Few More Things
