What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose problems / failures in HVAC, refrigeration, and food service systems, ensuring accurate repairs with no callbacks
  • Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on units 15 tons+
  • Manage larger preventative maintenance contracts (5+ units)
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and controls in HVAC systems
  • Service and troubleshoot mini-splits; replace smaller RTUs and mini-splits (≤15 tons)
  • Communicate effectively with Dispatch to manage job completions
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and customer records
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record
  • Active EPA Certification
  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial HVAC setting
  • OSHA 10 Certification required; manufacturer certifications preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed

  • Language Skills – Ability to read and follow instructions, write service notes, and clearly explain issues / resolutions to customers
  • Math Skills – Proficiency in basic math for system measurements, calculations, and reporting
  • Reasoning Ability – Able to apply sound judgment, solve problems, and support / mentor junior technicians
  • Physical Demands – Regularly lift / move up to 50 lbs.; work requires standing, climbing, kneeling, and crawling as needed
