L.I.F.E. Inc. is looking to hire Home Care Aides to serve the Hancock Park Los Angeles area. If you are someone that is passionate about caring for others, growing your skill set, and making a positive impact in the community, then this job is for you!

Shifts available vary depending on current assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Must have and maintain a current driver’s license, current vehicle registration, current vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and possession of a reliable, safe, and clean vehicle.

Must undergo a pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test, and pre-employment TB test.

Understand, speak, read, and write English fluently.

Home Care Aides are required to be registered on the Home Care Aide Registry

Ability to communicate in a manner that exudes friendliness, compassion, and respect.

Ability to adapt in various work environments.

Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds.

Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required. CPR / First Aid certification required.

EXPERIENCE

Registered Home Care Aide & Experience preferred, but not needed. On the job training available.

COMPENSATION

Depending on experience and certifications, compensation ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
