This is an opportunity to grow your practice, representing top-tier borrowers and/or lenders in complex transactions; handling asset-based loans, structured finance, securitizations, and warehouse facilities; drafting and negotiating key deal documents: collateral agreements, disclosure schedules, amendments, and more.
Lead transactions with confidence – project management and deal execution are key.
