MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT : As a Senior Principal Directory Services Architect, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer’s mission. You will play a crucial role in delivering advanced solutions and strategic insight to optimize the customers enterprise environment.
Proven expertise in managing, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating directory services and hybrid authentication systems.
Provide expertise in managing complex identity, access, authentication, and centralized resource management systems and platforms.
Autonomously handle and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of directory services.
Proficient in using automation and orchestration for streamlined maintenance and monitoring of directory services systems.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the directory services environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in directory services architecture and management.
Strong understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and access control methodologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure / AWS Admin, Azure / AWS Security, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE).
Essential Requirements
Clearance Level Must Currently Possess : Top Secret and SCI eligible.
Location : Onsite.
US Citizenship required.
DoD 8140 IAT II compliant.
Additional Information
Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40.
Travel Required : Less than 10%.
Telecommuting Options : Hybrid.

Salary
Likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000, though actual compensation may vary based on experience, geographic location and contractual requirements.
