Team Overview :

The Enterprise Architecture department is responsible for aligning the organization's technology, capabilities, and data with its strategic business objectives, ensuring agility, efficiency, and scalability. Its mission is to provide a structured framework that guides decision-making, fosters innovation, and optimizes resource utilization while maintaining compliance and mitigating risks. By bridging the gap between Business and IT, EA enables organizations to adapt to changing market demands, drive digital transformation, and achieve sustainable growth.

What You'll Do :

• Focus on aligning business processes, goals, and strategies with IT solutions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Hiring Minimum : $140400

Hiring Maximum : $239100
