Jose area thats expanding and looking to add a high-performing Residential Roofing

Sales Representative to their team. This company is known for its integrity-first approach, strong client relationships, and process-driven culture. Theyre looking for a confident closer who can turn 6+ qualified company leads per day into sales while maintaining long-term relationships

built on trust and professionalism.

The Role

Youll manage the full sales cycle - from inspection to signed contract - representing one

of the most reputable names in residential roofing across the Bay Area.

Responsibilities :

Confidently close company-set appointments with a consultative, integrity-driven

approach

Drive $3M+ in annual residential roofing sales

Conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and close deals with professionalism

Manage your sales pipeline and follow through from lead to project handoff

Partner with operations to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Proven success in residential roofing or exterior construction sales

Strong communication skills and a repeatable sales process

Competitive, self-motivated, and relationship-driven mindset

Experience in insurance restoration or retail roofing preferred
