Family Practice / Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our busy, patient-centered medical home providing comprehensive primary care , including chronic disease management and sick / acute visits

Ideal Availability :

Monday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Saturday : 8 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM

Preference given to candidates available every Saturday, but consideration will be given to those available at least one Saturday every 4 weeks
