Overview

Multi Carrier Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) at Comparion Insurance Agency.

We are looking for Sales Agents to join our team in Oklahoma. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This role has in-office requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Represent Comparion Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity.
• Engage prospects, explain insurance options, and close sales while providing quality service.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to achieve sales goals and deliver value to clients.

Compensation

The compensation plan includes base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions. Typical training salary is $55k - $65k. Typical total first-year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k, with potential for top performers to earn over $100k in the first year.
