Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care, ensuring that safety protocols and evidence-based practices are integrated into daily nursing processes. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, planning individualized care, and effectively communicating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and identify changes in patient conditions.
• Develop and update individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor the quality of care and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direct patient care, delegating tasks as appropriate, and ensuring all tasks are completed effectively.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans based on continuous assessment.
• Educate patients and families on their health needs and facilitate discharge plans for a smooth transition.
• Maintain professional competencies and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

This is a night shift position, offering flexible PRN opportunities that may include weekends and holidays.
