Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with retirement plan provisions and regulations by analyzing and interpreting plan documents

Support audits and assist Plan Consultants in resolving compliance issues related to qualified plans

Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports and track job progress to meet compliance deadlines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience

Experience with 5500 forms and relevant retirement plan documentation

Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA and QPA designations are a plus
