Machine Operator I

Responsibilities Operate machinery under supervision of others.   Assist in meeting established production goals.

Assist in performing daily checks and preventative maintenance.

Assist quality control, reporting and recordkeeping procedures..

Operate overhead cranes and Forklifts.

Comply with safety and health regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Clean machinery and work area.

Qualifications  High School Diploma or GED Entry level to 1 year experience in a manufacturing facility.

Basic math skills - ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement.

Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to work in a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  To bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary) Powered by JazzHR
