The Freight Operations Supervisor leads and supervises all aspects of freight operations, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and transportation regulations, and optimizing productivity in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role requires knowledge of Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipping, DOT rules, and hazardous materials regulations, as well as scheduling and administrative management. The position demands leadership skills to coach employees, enforce policies, and continuously improve operational efficiency while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Hours : This position will primarily be an overnight position, M-F from 8 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

What you need to succeed as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO

Minimum qualifications :

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
