Customer Site Operations Technician

A company is looking for a Customer Site Operations Technician I (BMS).

Key Responsibilities

Perform sample receipt, quality control, and coordinate shipments to appropriate departments

Maintain communication with customer site contacts and assist in resolving technical or operational problems

Ensure adherence to safety and quality policies, and manage database entries for specimen library operations

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field

2-3 years of experience handling preclinical and clinical samples preferred

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred

Ability to work safely with LN2 and radioactive materials after training

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
