Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure :

  • Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Contribute to Azure cloud deployments and manage multi-cloud environments effectively.
  • Implement and support hybrid-cloud solutions to bridge on-prem and cloud infrastructures.
  • Complete understanding of network / vpn / firewall / Security Groups and logging .

On-Premises Data Centers

  • Support on-premises servers i ncluding troubleshooting network connectivity in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Should have a good knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Develop strategies for disaster recovery and business continuity for on-prem systems to hybrid cloud.

    • Operating Systems :

  • Manage Linux and Windows server environments, ensuring smooth operations and security compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues efficiently.
  • Experience working with Windows Clustering and SQL .

    • Automation and Monitoring

  • Develop automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Implement proactive monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and up time.
  • Create detailed dashboard for monitoring.

    • Security and Compliance

  • Configure and manage security groups, policies, and permissions in AWS and Azure environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

    • Collaboration and Documentation

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support application and database needs.
  • Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and incident resolutions comprehensively.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing AWS (minimum 70%) and Azure (minimum 30%) cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of on-prem data center infrastructure - including servers, networks, and storage.
  • Expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python,Bash, PowerShell) for automation purposes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps,Copilot, Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
