Responsibilities include showing the community and apartments, walking the community, and selling the value of a lease.

Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process.Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.Network with major employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic.Conduct leasing tours using DLP's Standards of Excellence and close with confidence.Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques.Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience.Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals.Regularly walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality.Maintain accurate CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork.Communicate consistently with the Community Manager, leadership, and teammates.Attend all required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively.Benefits and Perks
