Porter / Groundskeeper – Contract-to-Hire

Location : Middletown, OH

Join BGSF and keep this community looking its best! We’re hiring a Porter / Groundskeeper for a contract-to-hire assignment . If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, safe spaces, this is the job for you!

Pay & Schedule :

$19 / hr

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Shovel sidewalks and maintain walkways
• Walk the property and pick up trash
• Perform trash-outs in vacant units
• Lift and move items as needed
• Work outdoors in cold weather conditions

Qualifications :

• Ability to lift heavy items
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Previous grounds or maintenance experience preferred
