ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
As second and third-generation State Farm agents, my wife and I have been with the company for nearly 20 years, bringing a deep-rooted passion for serving our community. Our backgrounds as former college athletes—Brittanie in volleyball at UTEP and Matt in football at the University of Oklahoma—have shaped our leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Mccoy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
