Morning Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist clients with waking up, getting out of bed, and starting their day safely.

Help with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.

Prepare and serve breakfast, ensuring dietary needs are met.

Provide mobility support, including transfers and use of mobility aids.

Offer medication reminders (as permitted).

Perform light housekeeping such as tidying the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.

Offer companionship and emotional support to start the day on a positive note.

Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team.

What We’re Looking For

Availability for morning shifts.

Previous caregiving experience (in-home or facility setting) is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidates.

Genuine compassion and a strong desire to support and improve the lives of seniors.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

A respectful, professional approach to providing care with dignity.

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

Ability to pass a background check, DMV screening, and drug test.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
