• Evaluates liability and damages exposure.
• Establishes proper indemnity and expense reserves.
• Negotiates disposition of claims and alternate means of resolution.
• Administers litigated claims including developing and supporting litigation plans with counsel, and tracking and limiting legal expenses.
• Attends depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials and other legal proceedings.
