Seeking an SLP or Speech Therapist to cover therapy services in the Green Cove Springs, FL area, to provide treatment in a Home setting / Hospice patient as a PRN : Make your own schedule.

$120-200 / Evaluation

• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral Masters / Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a FL Speech Therapist.
