Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading construction and real estate developer to hire a Regional Construction & Facilities Manager.

Your new role

The job duties of the Regional Construction & Facilities Manager will include, among others :

  • Oversight of capital projects, preventive maintenance activities and ongoing facilities maintenance
  • Work with the VP on CAPEX reviews, project plans and timelines
  • Conduct onsite visits frequently to ensure projects are meeting guidelines
  • Work with local stakeholders, including local businesses and vendors, on communicating goals and progress

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following :

  • Proficiency in MEP, trade, and trade certifications in HVAC and Plumbing are highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Construction Management, preferred, not required
  • Proficiency with MS Office Software / residential software a strong plus; knowledge of building codes
  • Up to 50% travel is required. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel to those sites
  • Can be based in Boston, Providence or CT

    • What you'll get in return

    $140–150K base, 20% bonus and benefits
