We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

• Tier III IT Support Technician
• to join our team. This role serves as the top-level escalation point for technical issues and is responsible for leading complex troubleshooting efforts, mentoring junior technicians, and driving infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, including Windows, macOS, networking, and print management systems.
