Manufacturing Engineer Level 2

A company is looking for a Skunkworks Subsystems Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2).

Key Responsibilities

Lead small teams to meet production needs and ensure deliverables are completed on time

Conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams for manufacturing alignment

Develop assembly plans and maintain manufacturing documentation while providing production floor support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Understanding of manufacturing processes

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Ability to interpret drawings and model-based designs

Motivation for continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing
