Job Summary:

• Meet with customers and prospects to discuss their projects.
• Prepare and present a proposal to complete their projects.
• When the proposal is accepted, work to our customers and your satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Effective problem-solving for homeowners and exceeding expectations
• Rather have a tool in your hand than do all the administrative tasks
• Collaboration with other highly skilled craftsperson
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Good organization and effective communication
• A valid Ohio driver's license is required
• Must have personal, reliable transportation
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must comply with all policies
• Light plumbing/electric work
• Light tile/drywall work
