This role requires the ability to operate independently under minimal supervision while following technical blueprints, sketches, or physical samples.

Schedule: Monday to Friday with an EARLY OUT on Fridays!
Hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (40-42 hours per week)
Pay: $27.50 - $29.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication: Set up and perform TIG, MIG, and laser welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Equipment Operation: Operate saws, cutting torches, presses, and iron workers.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret drawings, sketches, samples, and instructions
Material Preparation: Clean, cut, and prepare materials for fabrication.
Material Handling: Operate hoists, cranes, pallet jacks, and carts.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Proven TIG welding
Proven welding experience in an industrial setting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Communication: Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Compliance: Ability to pass a pre-screening drug test
TIG Welding: Must have previous experience TIG Welding (Specifically stainless steel/aluminum)
Metal Fabrication Machinery: Must have previous experience operating saws, plasma torches, presses.
