TravelNurseSource is working with Adelphi Medical Staffing to find a qualified Long-Term Care LPN / LVN in Columbus, Georgia, 31906!

$22 per hour

About The Position

Summary :

  • Rate : $22.2 / hr

Requirements :

  • Active LPN license in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care facility.
  • Covid Vaccination Card
  • Valid photo ID
  • BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
  • ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
  • NIH(ASA)
  • 2 Supervisory References

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and record patients vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding support.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts.
  • Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
