The AES Cyber Security Team is seeking a dedicated Cloud Security Analyst to enhance our incident readiness and response efforts within our cloud environments. As part of the Cyber Defense organization, you will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity practices and technologies to help protect our assets.

Responsibilities :
- Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents across the organization, offering subject matter expertise in cloud security-related incidents.
- Manage and monitor the Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
- Create and maintain cloud security playbooks, focusing on automation, policy tuning, and incident response, while integrating cloud security tools with other threat management initiatives.
- Research, design, and validate known tactics, techniques, and procedures used in cloud security attacks to assess the effectiveness of security controls.
- Assist in the approval and onboarding of new Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, ensuring security controls are effectively applied.
Required Skills :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, networking, or cloud engineering.Proven knowledge of the incident response process with practical experience in managing cloud security incidents.Expertise in enterprise-grade security technologies, including SIEM, DLP, EDR, IPS, Firewalls, and Web Security.Strong understanding of cloud security operations, such as logging and monitoring, Identity Access Management (IAM), and network security best practices.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.Ability to thrive in an environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules.Desired Skills :
Experience with red or purple team exercises concerning cloud assets and technologies.Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with cybersecurity tools for SaaS cloud applications.Previous involvement in cybersecurity incident response.Security or cloud-related certifications are advantageous.Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.Location : Indianapolis, Indiana or Arlington, VA.
