Our incredible Skilled Nursing Facilities in Deptford, NJ is looking for a superstar Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to be part of a facilities-based team of medical providers who provide medical services to patients living in long-term care facilities. While an interdisciplinary care team to provide medical care to patients in long-term care facilities, you will have the opportunity to impact in a positive way the life and wellbeing of the elderly population. Job Qualifications :

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of NJ
• Board Certification.
• DEA licensure.
• Clinical background in wound care.
• Experience working in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to work with an EMR.
• Ability to manage patients with advanced illness and multiple chronic conditions.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Wound care experience
