Account Manager Processed Food

Our technologies range from external cleaning systems (Open Plant Cleaning) and dosing systems to specialized cleaning and disinfection solutions tailored for the food sector.

For our Food & Beverage division in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager Processed Food.

It is a stable and strategic customer base within the food industry including meat processing, fish, potato products, vegetable industry, and ready-to-eat meals and pasta production.

In this role, you will manage existing customers in East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, and the Flemish Ardennes and expand our cooperation further. You will work closely with technical experts and the internal department to support our customers with innovative and sustainable hygiene solutions.

What will you do?

  • Maintain and develop customer relationships in the region of East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, and the Flemish Ardennes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, production, and quality managers at our customers
  • Advise customers on cleaning and hygiene solutions for the food industry (meat, fish, convenience food, pasta, etc.)
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on ongoing projects
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to stimulate customer and revenue growth
  • Report activities, forecasts, and customer data in Salesforce
  • Occasionally participate in evening meetings or customer events (in consultation)

Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or food technology
  • You have several years of experience in B2B sales within the food sector (e.g., meat processing, dairy, breweries, or food production)
  • You are customer-oriented, independent, and analytical with a practical mindset
  • You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; knowledge of French is a plus
  • You have a driver's license B
  • You live in Belgium, preferably in East or West Flanders or central Belgium

    • We are looking for someone with commercial drive and persuasiveness someone who can quickly roll in and gain the trust of our customers with knowledge of the subject.
