Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a contract basis for a client in Cincinnati. If you are passionate about patient care and have a strong background in home health, we would love to hear from you! (OASIS experience is required)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs, medication management, and wound care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising physician.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home health care.
