They enjoy continual learning, researching HR best practices, and improving processes that help a business run more smoothly. What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR consultant to managerscoaching them on people issues, policies, and team development.
• Partner closely with the HR Director on wage administration, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and compliance audits.
• Prepare and deliver HR presentations, training sessions, and employee meetings that build understanding and connection.
• Create and execute a legendary onboarding experience for new hires, including planning and facilitating our signature HIKER Day.
• Represent MasterScapes at job fairs and community recruiting events to attract top-tier talent who align with our mission.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure strong cultural and professional alignment.
• Manage new-hire paperwork, background checks, and onboarding complianceincluding I-9s and benefits enrollment.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee pay data.
• Develop and maintain HR systems, templates, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Respond to day-to-day HR questions and support special projects that advance our people strategy and company goals.
