Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Process and interpret financial statements, including non-traditional formats, leveraging both manual review and AI-driven technologies.
• Serve as a trusted partner to VRGL’s largest enterprise clients, managing day-to-day communications and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Triage and manage client tickets, escalating complex issues as needed and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to enhance tools and workflows that support client onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Provide actionable feedback on emerging AI solutions for financial data extraction.
• Partner directly with clients to identify needs, troubleshoot challenges, and inform product enhancements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and client support strategies.

We are seeking a Client Solutions Associate to join our Operations and Client Support teams. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of our solutions while directly contributing to client success. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to statement processing, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and engineering.
