We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Talent Sourcer, Market Intelligence to lead advanced sourcing initiatives and talent market analysis across Microsoft's Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team. This role requires deep expertise in talent intelligence, labor market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform and execute differentiated sourcing strategies that align with business priorities.

The candidate will leverage external and internal data to identify talent pools, assess market feasibility, and uncover competitive trends. You will design and implement sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional methodsusing intelligence to anticipate and track talent movement, research competitors and industry trends, and optimize our location strategies.
