WCS Healthcare is partnering with a well-established Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mercerville, NJ, to hire an experienced Surgery Center Administrator. This is a key leadership opportunity for a dynamic and highly organized healthcare professional to oversee the operational, administrative, and clinical functions of a busy outpatient surgical facility.

Lead all operational aspects of the surgery center, including clinical, administrative, and financial management.

\n

\n

Develop and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

\n

\n

Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and cost-control initiatives to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.

\n

\n

Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and technical staff.

\n

\n

Manage EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks) to ensure accurate, confidential, and efficient documentation.

\n

Job Requirements : \n

Proven experience in healthcare administration or surgical center management (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

\n

\n

Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, reporting, and revenue cycle management.

\n

\n

In-depth knowledge of EMR / EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc.) and practice management software.

\n

\n

Familiarity with regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and healthcare operations.

\n

\n

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

\n
