Job description

Must have : Valid Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Duties :

Installation / Decommission Servers and Network equipment.
Provide hands and feet support for all hardware equipment.
Conduct daily maintenance and reporting.
Co-ordinate with vendors for maintenance and escorts.
Perform installation of Ethernet and Fiber cabling.
Prepare equipment for shipment or disposal.
Provide after-hours support for break / fix and project work.
Create or update IT documentation.
Quarterly audit of all IT infrastructure and equipment.

Desired Skills :

Excellent communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience with Client / Dell servers (Client certified required within 90 days of hire), CompTIA Server+, Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.

Experience with network devices like routers, switches, etc., CompTIA Network+, Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.

Experience with MSA or SAN storage, CompTIA Storage+, Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.

ITIL Foundation (preferred).

Required to work on-call rotation.

Required to perform project or break / fix after-hours.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.

Clean background check and drug screening.

Certifications Desired :

Cisco CCENT / Juniper JNCIA-Junos.

CompTIA A+.

CompTIA Network+.

Microsoft MCP.

CompTIA Server+.
