Key Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients with professionalism and care.

Assess client coverage needs, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and generate accurate quotes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for policy updates, renewals, and customer service.

Guide clients through the claims process for smooth and timely resolution.

Stay informed on industry changes, insurance products, and compliance updates.

Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

What You Bring :

2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (state-specific).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A client-first attitude and a passion for delivering great service.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with insurance agency management systems or CRM tools.

Interest in pursuing industry certifications like CISR or CIC .
