Our mission is simple : deliver screens that look great, perform flawlessly, and stand the test of time. As a Precision Mesh Installation Operator, you’ll be central to that mission—turning frames and mesh into finished products that meet exacting quality standards.

Your mission

Own your station, own your quality. You’ll assemble and verify window and patio door screens that leave our facility ready for customers’ homes.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Use hand tools to seat mesh into pre-assembled frames with clean lines and tight tolerances.
  • Move materials smoothly between steps to keep production flow steady.
  • Run frequent spot checks on completed screens to confirm specs and uniformity.
  • Identify inconsistencies, communicate promptly with your supervisor, and escalate significant issues.
  • Diagnose and fix minor production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Care for tools, equipment, and your workspace to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Champion safety : wear PPE, follow procedures, complete training, and practice 5S for an efficient, clean environment.

What sets you up for success

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience; fenestration (window / door) exposure is a bonus.
  • Lean / process improvement familiarity preferred.
  • Accuracy, instruction-following, and multitasking under time demands.
  • Practical troubleshooting ability for small production hiccups.
  • Strong communicator, collaborative teammate, and eager cross-trainer.
  • Thrives in a fast pace while keeping quality and safety front and center.

    • Physical capability & safety routine

  • Stand for long stretches performing repetitive tasks.
  • Maintain a consistent work rhythm with occasional high-pace intervals.
  • Frequently walk, reach, and handle components / equipment.
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Read safety and operational materials; distinguish colors; adjust visual focus as needed.
  • Hear and speak clearly to coordinate work and relay information.
  • Use manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination for precise assembly.

    • Stretching & ergonomics

  • Take part in guided pre-shift and periodic stretching during the shift.
  • Complete basic mobility exercises (bending, reaching, light movement).
  • Participate in standing / dynamic stretching as outlined by safety protocols.
  • Apply ergonomic best practices to stay flexible and reduce strain.
